Last night I headed down to Craigavon Lakes to try and capture some photographs of the Halloween fireworks display. It was also lovely to meet up with my son, his partner and their two children. The atmosphere was fantastic, with excitement building as darkness fell and families gathered around the lakes to enjoy the celebrations.

Photographing fireworks is always a bit of a challenge, with timing and camera settings playing a big part in getting the shots. I took plenty of photographs, hoping to capture the colourful explosions lighting up the night sky and their reflections on the water. Some turned out better than others!

All in all, a lovely evening, made even better by the family company and a spectacular fireworks display.
